| According to article 13 of the legislative decree
of 30 June 2003, n.196, the interested party is informed, in
advance and in writing that: |
| |
a) purpose and method of data processing: personal
data supplied spontaneously will be dealt with by Topgraf
Srl using both electronic and paper methods,
for the fulfilment of marketing activity, market surveys, direct
sales, that is for the delivery of communications of technical,
promotional, and commercial nature, using the following distance
communication methods: fax, e-mail, addressed printed materials; |

| |
b) the type of conferment of data is optional; |
| |
|
|
|
| |
c) any eventual refusal to answer will make it impossible
to follow the activity detailed in point a); |
| |
|
|
|
| |
d) the personal data may be dealt with by the commercial
director, commercial office staff and by our sales force, acting
as person responsible and entrusted persons respectively; |
| |
|
|
|
| |
e) the rights of the interested party in accordance
with art. 7 are as follows: |
| |
|
1. The interested party has the right to obtain
confirmation of the existence, or otherwise, of their personal
data, even if not yet registered, and to the communication of
the same in an intelligible form. |
| |
|
2. The interested party has the right to obtain
the following information: |
| |
|
|
a) of the origin of the personal data; |
| |
|
|
b) of the purposes and methods of data processing;
|
| |
|
|
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing
carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; |
| |
|
|
d) of the essential identifying data regarding the
owner, those responsible and representatives designated in accordance
with article 5, codicil 2; |
| |
|
|
e) of the subjects or the categories of subjects
to which the personal data can be communicated or those who
may have access to the data in their position as designated
representative in the territory of the State, as persons responsible
or entrusted. |
| |
|
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
|
| |
|
|
a) the up-date and the correction of the data, and
its integration if in the interests of the party; |
| |
|
|
b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous
form or blocking of data used unlawfully, including that which
need not be conserved in relation to the scope for which the
data has been collected or subsequently processed; |
| |
|
|
c) the attestation that the operations to which
letters a) and b) refer is brought to the attention of those
people to which the data has been communicated or distributed,
including changes in details, except in the case of implementation
proving impossible or involving an obviously disproportionate
employment of means compared with the protected right. |
| |
|
4. The interested party has the right to oppose,
in full or in part: |
| |
|
|
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal
data that regards them, even if pertinent to the scope of the
collection; |
| |
|
|
b) the treatment of personal data that regards them,
for the sending of advertising or direct sales material or for
market research purposes or for commercial communications. |
| |
|
|
|
| |

|
|
| The person responsible for the processing who can
be referred to for the exercise of rights according to art.7
